The Complexity

This project wasn't just about UI; it was about navigating organizational complexity. We had to validate assumptions across different stakeholders (BA, Pods, Wealth Team) while maintaining user-centricity.

PHASE 01: DISCOVERY & RESEARCH

Navigating Ambiguity

We started with broad "BA Research" and internal scans. The goal was to understand the current friction points in the advisor workflow.

Validating the "Adcept"

Before moving to pixels, we conducted "Adcept Interviews" to test the appetite for a new engagement model.
